ALL SCULPTURE AND PAINTINGS SOLD BY JENNMAUR ARE GUARANTEED ORIGINAL WORKS FROM THE PERIOD STATED AND WERE CREATED BY THE ARTIST LISTED. IN THE CASE OF BRONZES THESE SCULPTURES HAVE BEEN CAST BY THE ORIGINAL FOUNDRIES WHERE KNOWN.

JENNMAUR EXTENDS A 3 DAY  inspection period TO THE BUYER  from the DATE of delivery  TO EITHER ACCEPT OR REJECT  THE SCULPTURE OR SCULPTURES and PAINTING OR PAINTINGS.

JENNMAUR GALLERY  must be notified by the purchaser that the SCULPTURES OR PAINTINGS are not as  LISTED within the 3 day guaranteed inspection period, if the buyer wishes to return the  piece and  negate the  purchase.


The  BUYER shall be responsible for all SHIPPING AND INSURANCE COSTS from the GALLERY TO THE BUYER AND VICE VERSA in the event of a return.

In the event of a return please use original or similar packing (please take care when opening crate or box and save them until you are satisfied with your purchase ).ALL sculpture and paintings sent by us will be professionally packed by shipper and insured to UPS or other specifications, ALL returns must be sent to Jennmaur Gallery this way with FULL insurance included.


JENNMAUR Gallery will only accept sculpture and painting returns if on receipt to the gallery there have been no scratches, dents, cleaning, waxing or any other type of modificationTO OUR ARTWORKS AS SOLD IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.   JENNMAUR   GALLERY holds many photographs of each sculpture and painting in our records for reference.

JENNMAUR GALLERY will absolutely not accept  any sculpture or painting that is not in the same condition as that in which it was sent by us. Any changes to our original will be deemed as a sale and will not be accepted as a return.

Any person who purchases any work of art from us shall be considered to have been fully informed of our policies (described herein) and is thus bound by all of our terms.
