  EMMANUEL FREMIET (FRENCH 1824-1910)  
 
Emmanuel Fremiet was born on the 6th of December, 1924 in Paris and died on the 10th of September 1910 in Paris. He is known for his drawings, engravings and his sculpture of historical, mythological, allegorical and animal subjects. Fremiet was the nephew and stude on Francois Rude. After he learned about lthography, he started out drawing naturalistic subjects.
